How do I apply for the program?

Register online on our website. A statement of interest must be submitted with your application.

How do I pay for this program?

You may pay with a credit card. Or, if your district is paying, print the registration document and follow the process required by your district for payment. When asked how you will be paying during the online registration process, click “check” unless you are paying by credit card.

Can I receive credit for this program?

The program is non-credit. Participants who attend a minimum of 80 percent of the program will receive a Certificate of Completion indicating that the participant is a PK3 Leadership Program Fellow.

Is this program linked to certification?

No; however, it is a resume builder. Our first cohort had four members promoted to new leadership positions.

What is the program format?

The program is an executive style academy that is manageable for busy leaders and teacher leaders. The unique nature of the program is focused on adult and job embedded learning, an opportunity to hear from local and national experts, and facilitation by practitioners; it fills the void in PK3 leadership development and adds great value to cohort members.

How large is the cohort?

Our cohorts are small with 15 to 20 members. Teams from a district are welcome to apply.

Is there homework?

There are some reading assignments. At the conclusion of each module, cohort members must complete a one to two page reflective essay. There are no exams.
